Order Cancellation Policy - for Mail Orders

1. Order Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
  • Sent within 7 days of original order date, to orders@bernhard-taras.com
  • Written notice must include:
    • Original order number
    • Customer name
    • Reason for cancellation
    • Contact information

2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds issued within 10-15 business days of received cancellation notice
  • The original payment method will be used for refund
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

3. Shipping Considerations

  • Cancellations for perishable drink items must be received before shipment
  • Once shipment is in transit, cancellation may not be possible
  • Damaged or incorrect orders eligible for full replacement/refund
